Roberts Engineering Group prepared a full Boundary and Topographic Survey of the 64-acre site in Robbinsville Township as the first step in the design of a 12-lot major subdivision. Work included layout of lots, and roads, design of profiles and utilities, grading of the site, wetlands delineation and permitting through the NJDEP “for Stormwater outfalls and a Treatment Works Approval for discharge to groundwater community septic system”, as well as submission of the application to the local Planning Board. The project was approved in 2019 and construction is anticipated to begin in 2022
