Roberts Engineering Group prepared full Boundary and Topographic Survey of the 64-acre site in Robbinsville Township as the first step in the design of a 12-lot major subdivision. Work included layout of lots, and roads, design of profiles and utilities, grading of the site, wetlands delineation and permitting with NJDEP, as well as submission of the application to the local Planning Board. The project was approved in 2017.
